Ingredients

  • Pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 can tomatoes or 4 large peeled tomatoes
  • 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 medium-sized bell pepper 
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 50 grams of cooked ham, sausage or pepperoni
  • Pinch of oregano
  • A pinch of salt

 

Preparation

  1. Grind tomatoes in a food processor or blender. You can also crush them with a fork to make loose pieces. Add a pinch of salt and oregano to this sauce.
  2. Grate mozzarella cheese.
  3. Chop all the other ingredients: the ham, onion, and paprika in strips, and if you use pepperoni or sausages, in very thin slices, although they will probably have sold it to you by now.
  4. Spread pizza dough into desired thickness and shape
  5. Pour tomato sauce and spread over dough evenly with a spoon
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over top of sauce, add other toppings as desired
  7. Bake in oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, careful not to burn.  Cheese should be melted and pizza dough lightly browned underneath and on top.
  9. Cut and Enjoy!



Some people prefer their pizza more or less thick and more or less crispy underneath. This is up to you to decide according to your taste and you can adapt it in later preparations.

 

Once your pizza is ready, cut it into its classic triangular shape and enjoy it as a family.
